"I had met with several paver cleaning and sealing companies, and none of them really gave me any good sense of confidence in their ability to clean and seal our pavers to my satisfaction. I happened to stop by a local and well-known masonry supply business to inquire about how to properly seal the gap between our pavers and the concrete front apron to our garage. Baylee and Gerard were both incredibly helpful in helping me select the sealer to be used for our pavers. Baylee actually came to our home and applied two different sealers to a few pavers,. so my wife and I could see how the sealed pavers would actually look. No other company I had interviewed for our job offered to do this.
The crew arrived a few weeks later, right on schedule. Gerard L. and Jeff were both very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property, and the finished job completely met my expectations. They did not rush anything, and it was clear they took pride in their work.
After the job was completed, Baylee called me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. It is rare nowadays for the owner of a business to make such a follow-up call, but it demonstrates how customer-oriented Baylee and his entire team really are.
I would recommend anyone desiring to have the same positive experience as I did, contact this company for any of their paver cleaning and sealing needs. I will in three years, when we will have Baylee and his team clean and seal our pavers again.
